Multi-ripped for efficiency and to reduce handling and excess costs
Sustainability
Sustainability doesn’t do our approach justice.

Social Responsibility
We’re here to ensure social responsibility runs through the whole supply chain: from economic sustainability all the way through to the responsible use of raw materials.
People
The constant price pinch is damaging the staircase manufacturing industry, squeezing profits and ultimately putting firms out of business. We believe in creating a strong and empowered supply chain that collaborates for the benefit of all.
Planet
We are dedicated to sustainable sourcing and eco-friendly practices. Our timber comes from responsibly managed forests, ensuring that each product contributes to a greener supply chain.
We’re also committed to educating our construction partners on how to create specifications with sustainability at top of mind, including certifications for ESG’s and EPD’s.
Sustainably Sourced
All of our raw materials are responsible sourced. As a renewable resource, wood offers sustainability benefits over other building materials. Our FSC certified suppliers ensure responsible forestry practices. This ensures that all sustainability criteria is met throughout the entire chain. Without the ability to source to origin, ESGs and any required certification is redundant.
We’re committed to educating the wider industry on how to create specifications with sustainability in mind instead of just price. This stops requests for endangered species or, even worse, the temptation to engineer products with dubious cores.

The Product Journey

Quality Control
After a streamlined engineering process, we follow up with a rigorous quality control phase. Each product is tested to ensure it meets the safety standards required, product specification and has a high quality finish.
With our innovation ranges we ensure all joints, finishes and cores live up to the standard we expect. The product must pass this stage before it can go into packaging.

International Transport
Our products are transported from our partner mills, located in various countries, to our UK head quarters and customer base.
We help our customers to plan for this by ensuring they order new product in the most efficient and cost effective way. Having a good handle on stock and consumption patterns ensures you don’t need to buy more than you need but can also make the most of well-timed bulk orders to make the most of container rates.
Our team keeps an eye on currency conversions to help plan purchases. We also track international freight routes to give you an accurate estimated arrival time for your orders.
